I had the pleasure of working with Steve during the deployment of a global cloud mail project. Steve proved to be highly organised, providing accurate documentation and bring he’s intrinsic knowledge of the business to help shape and steer the project plan, as well involving himself in the actual roll-out tasks. As an extremely strong advocate for the user community he supports; Steve was able to manage all of the in-flight changes with the business, prioritising them successfully and minimising the impact of them on the project. My only regret with we never got the opportunity to meet face to face as the entire project was completed remotely by the both of us, a testament itself to modern collaborate tools and Steve’s own flexibility and organisational skills.
